New Mexico Thrives is pleased to present our first NM Nonprofit Compensation report, designed to help New Mexico nonprofits make informed decisions about employee compensation. This report should be used as one resource to determine appropriate compensation and benefits levels for staff.
The report provides data by region and organization size (measured by number of full-time employees and operating budget). This report provides compensation and benefits data from nonprofits of all sizes.
